Closely studying the economic health and vitality of the Part 121 Scheduled Air Carrier Industry, he takes keen interest in the recurring “boom-bust” cycles affecting the air carrier industry since airline de-regulation. While focused on key economic indicators to best indicate the next downturn, the COVID-19 situation served as a watershed moment and wake up call that would, and continues to this day, drastically change the aviation industry now and into the future.
This evolving subject launched him into a strategic qualitative analysis research project that delivers an overview of aircraft adaptive automation, human-machine teaming, and the future flight decks destined to carry the world’s paying passengers. What is more, picking up on recurring themes previously highlighted by renowned researcher, Alison McDowell, he discovered a repeating pattern of influences emanating from governmental, corporate and NGO strategic initiatives that sought to influence the future of humanity within the aviation industry in addition to redefining what it means to be human for everyone across the world.
